Our camper's have traveled from all points of the world to the Aurora, some with specific itineraries' and intentions, while others look forward to simply relaxing and camping in the wilderness.
We make building your dream camping adventure very easy starting with our basic rate , your camp site. "Basic" or choose our Expedition Pack where we have your site ready for you, we do all the cooking and dishes.
Our camper's enjoy that we have a lot of options to offer and folk's get to pick and choose what they want for the perfect vacation. We are all about fun!!! From programs to expeditions and if it's not listed in our guide, JUST ASK... "OH, to many things to list ".
We have a wonderful Commons area where we serve Hot Coffee, Tea and world class Hot Chocolate and Cider in the mornings, a large fire pit for bonfires, marshmallows, Smores and great campfire stories and other evening activities.
The Commons area also includes a regulation Horse Shoe Pit and other outdoor games, a wonderful area for visiting others or for a little alone time.
The Commons area is also equipped with a bath house, ("for all to use but private") and the Dried Bean, our Rustic Saloon. The Bean has a small but fun library of books and maps for plotting adventures and expeditions, antiques and findings, games and puzzles. This is also our Art Gallery where we sell our goods, music and stories galore and yes , we serve fancy kids and adult drinks. We also have fresh eggs at the ready.
